Jerlyn’s house is quite large and located close to the beach.  There is a lovely terrace at the front of the house, complete with furniture for guests to lie down on and take it easy.  The living room also serves as a good area to relax and appreciate the beautiful Malapascua weather, especially when the sizable windows are open.  Guests will find the bedroom next to the living room, which comes with two beds in case tourists are traveling with several people (note that extra costs occur per head).  Directly next to the bedroom is the bathroom, allowing guests to move between the two rather discreetly.  Also, the bathroom has charming tile work, as well as several contemporary accessories, including a shower head which has running water.  The kitchen at the very back of the house is newly renovated and opens up into the spacious backyard which holds another guest house that offers long-term rental.
